According to national water agency PUB, which operates Singapore’s reservoirs, the man’s canoe capsized shortly after 6pm. An eyewitness called the MediaCorp hotline and said he saw a canoe sinking and some school girls crying near the shore. Officers from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received a call at about 6.45pm." NOTICE THE TIME DIFF!!! "shortly after 6" and "6.45pm" when u see a canoe/ boat/ whatever capsizing..isnt the first logical and sensible reaction to call either 999 or 995? the girls were crying?! cry cry cry..why not run to their bag or locker and call for help. and that man. call mediacorp INSTEAD of calling for HELP. what if mediacorp hotline put him on hold cos of more gossip news? he'll happily wait isit. got $$$ or vouchers for him? is that more important than someone's life? SOOOO ABSURD!!!!! fucking ridiculous. Tuesday, May 19, 2009 - 11:32 PM saizeriya w kit~~ wanna go back for more chicken wings~ and choya by the river~ my swarovski angel, handmade by bestie!!! i like this shot^^  the camera doesnt do it justice..cannot focus v clearly on all the 9+6(crown) crystals..i counted!  at the ristorante~  i prefer kuromi to melody =D  babe u look a bit anorexic here =p  jiu tong in action..   tired girl..  riverside point~  best なっちゃん model   envious of people who can be so engaged with the camera~!! this fat cat followed me everywhere!!! yup i fed her (and her twin) too. i refer to them as the 2 ORANGES. to prevent her being kiaped by the lift, tried to push her away..CMI..v heavy.. so i tried the stairs..follow me up and down and up and down. again failed to lose her. so another tactic.. i stone..so she lie down..then i take the chance to sneak off quietly when she isnt looking. EPIC FAIL. i dunno used up how much time to get home..=X  adorable~ huge green eyes..and shes not full grown yet.. not all cats look the same wor..observe..   1+am zi pai-ing with cats..some ppl walked past and made funny noises lor.. even when petting.. sm ppl just hate the sight of it. what the hell is wrong with those ppl.. i hate it when ppl ostracize animals and think humans are just high and almighty. strays are not the same as beggars too. i dun like it when people only associate with 'their kind' and engrossed with their 'wasteful and harmful leisure', and not open up their eyes to the environment and animals around them.  took like arnd 10 shots.. and the kitty fell asleep..  theres a bottle by the railing (tied up somemore) by a kind soul. so i just refill and clean it time to time  looks like puma~ like the colour..  the tuna food in the plastic bag!! she ate a bit only! the rest kena eaten by another black cat (with a white blaze on the chest)..(which i dunno pop out from where).. kit..spot the chocs..  motivated motivated..i am jia you-ing~ money money money~ oh yea..xiaoying was so nice to have a joint bday celeb with her ah ma~ woots. the food HAS quality though she didnt order a wide variety.. caterer=Pine Foods.. spent so much money on transport! went here and there and also ended up in wrong places!! so i take that as a good thing because i havent been there before... -___- anyway..must stay calm.. patience..singapore is not very big..luckily.. Friday, May 8, 2009 - 7:39 PM cuteness~ http://www.tweenbots.com/ but i'd be more suspicious of it if this thing comes my way. threat of terrorism! im always suspicious of objects that are left around. once in the morning travelling to my sec sch, this black man left a black laptop bag on the ground leaning against the base of a seat..while he moved away to get the window seat. and he keep trying to look at it. but someone else sitting beside him is blocking. and he appeared so restless. i was thinking : please please please dun explode. >.< (very imaginative) anyway what the hell just put it on ur lap la if ure so scared itll be stolen. nb! check this out too. i need an alarm clock. because i will subconsiously switch mine off.
